Medical

Wagner offers all eligible employees a comprehensive major medical plan. This plan provides both preventative treatments and catastrophic coverage. In addition, employees can choose a more flexible option by enrolling in the Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). This is a comprehensive, high-deductible health plan along with an employer-funded health reimbursement account that is managed by the employee.

Dental

A comprehensive dental plan is offered that features two 100% paid preventative care check-ups per year.

Life Insurance

Wagner offers several insurance programs, some are Company paid while others are available with an automatic payroll deduction.

Short Term and Long Term Disability

Full time regular employees participate in the company-paid short-term and long term disability coverage plans. These plans provide income protection in the case disability.

Long Term Care Insurance

Wagner provides full time employees with a base plan of Long Term Care Insurance. This Long Term Care Insurance helps meet the financial and personal needs associated with a long-term care situation. In addition to the company-provided basic coverage, employees may purchase options that will provide additional coverage.
